I was recommended Alberto through an acquaintance, I had a challenging problem of how to deal with my retirement from a business that I had grown with my brother in law. Also how to hand on the succession of running the company to his son and introduce a new member of the board. While not losing all my control completely and maintain an income from the company that I had jointly grown twenty years ago. That's a tall order, not only from a pure business perspective but also a close family. We hired as a business another lawyer to draw up draft contracts, which I did not agree to much of the content. I asked Alberto to help me revise the terms and conditions with a better solution for me but also to give a balanced outcome for the other board members considering we are family and much of our business was carried informally as we didn't normally need contracts.
